  • What is your attendance and cancellation policy?

    We require an attendance rate of 80%. If your attendance rate goes below 80%, you will be notified. Due to the overwhelming need for services in our community, recurring attendance issues will result in services being terminated or your appointment time being forfeited. Please let us know of any individual issues that arise, and we are happy to work with you to discuss a plan to address this.

  • Where will services be provided?

    Services will be provided in your home.

  • Can I drop my child off and come back when the session is over?

    Due to facility requirements and the nature of our services, we require that a caregiver is on the premises throughout the duration of your child's session.

  • What ages do you work with?

    We work with children ages birth to 3, preschool, as well as school-age children and adolescents.

  • My child didn't qualify for Early Intervention/School-based services, can you still work with them?

    Yes, we are often able to support and provide services to children who did not qualify for EI or school services but still demonstrate a need for additional therapy support.
